3. Shipping Charges
Inside Dhaka:
৳ 60–100 (depending on product size and weight)
Outside Dhaka:
৳ 120–150 (depending on product size and weight)

4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order:
Our team will contact you via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp for confirmation
Only confirmed orders will be shipped
If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, the order may be delayed or canceled

5. Courier Partners
We deliver orders through reliable courier services, including:
Pathao
Steadfast
Sundarban Courier
RedX
SA Paribahan (for selected items)
Courier partner selection depends on your delivery location and product type.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
All orders are delivered using Cash on Delivery (COD).
You will pay the full amount to the delivery person at the time of receiving your product.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier services usually attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us.
To avoid delivery issues:

Provide a complete and correct address
Respond promptly to courier calls
8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing:
Take clear photos or videos immediately upon delivery
Do not discard the packaging
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
We will provide a solution or replacement according to our Return & Refund Policy.
