However, if there is any issue, we offer a simple and fair return, refund, and exchange policy.


1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

✔ You received a damaged product

✔ You received a defective product

✔ You received the wrong item

✔ The product is not as described on our website


2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • The product must be unusedunworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • You must share photo/video proof of the issue

Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.


3. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or wrong:

  • Used products
  • Washed or altered items
  • Items damaged by customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale / Clearance products
  • Personal/hygiene items (if applicable)

4. Return/Exchange Process

Follow these steps:

Step 1:

Contact us within 24 hours via Facebook Inbox, WhatsApp, or website support.

Step 2:

Provide order details and photos/videos of the issue.

Step 3:

Our team will review and confirm if you are eligible.

Step 4:

You will need to send the product back to us through courier.
(Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong/damaged product.)

Step 5:

After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

✔ Wrong item delivered

✔ Damaged or defective product received

✔ Product unavailable after ordering

✔ Exchange item out of stock

Refund Method:

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/rocket)
  • Bank transfer (if required)

Refund is processed within 3–7 working days after product return approval.


6. Exchange Policy

If you want a replacement or different size/color (if available):

  • Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns
  • Exchange depends on stock availability
  • Incoming shipping cost may apply for customer-requested exchanges

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be provided.


7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order:

  • Before it is shipped
  • By contacting us immediately after placing the order

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. Courier Damage Note

If the packaging looks visibly damaged:

  • Take photos/videos before opening
  • Inform us immediately
  • This helps us make quick claims with the courier
