We currently deliver products across all districts of Bangladesh, including:

  • Inside Dhaka

  • Outside Dhaka

  • Remote or rural areas (delivery time may be longer)


2. Delivery Time

📦 Inside Dhaka:
1–3 working days

🚚 Outside Dhaka:
3–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier workload

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

  • National holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

We always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


3. Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka:
৳ 60–100 (depending on product size and weight)

Outside Dhaka:
৳ 120–150 (depending on product size and weight)

Exact shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.


4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • Our team will contact you via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp for confirmation

  • Only confirmed orders will be shipped

  • If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, the order may be delayed or canceled

Please ensure that you provide a valid and reachable phone number while placing your order.


5. Courier Partners

We deliver orders through reliable courier services, including:

  • Pathao

  • Steadfast

  • Sundarban Courier

  • RedX

  • SA Paribahan (for selected items)

Courier partner selection depends on your delivery location and product type.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders are delivered using Cash on Delivery (COD).

You will pay the full amount to the delivery person at the time of receiving your product.


7. Delivery Attempts

Courier services usually attempt delivery up to two (2) times.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us.

To avoid delivery issues:

  • Keep your phone switched on

  • Provide a complete and correct address

  • Respond promptly to courier calls


8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing:

  • Take clear photos or videos immediately upon delivery

  • Do not discard the packaging

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product

We will provide a solution or replacement according to our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Wrong Address or Unreachable Customer

Mahi Fashion Shop is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Unreachable or incorrect phone number

  • Failure to respond to courier communication
